Digital technology is becoming an enabler of digital transformation in organizations. Therefore, organizations need to rapidly adopt new technologies to increase their competitive advantage. The seminar focuses on the impact of digital technologies (such as internet of things, augmented and virtual reality, big data and analytics, additive manufacturing, cognitive technologies) on organizations and their business models, products, and services, and managing those technologies to achieve their maximum desired impact. The seminar covers the above topics via interactive lectures and multiple case studies.
