Global talent management and interculturality

The course Global talent management and interculturality provides students with comprehensive knowledge of managing human resources across borders in multinational companies. The course introduces the distinctions between domestic and international human resource management (IHRM), the strategic and cultural challenges faced by international HR professionals, and critical global HR functions such as staffing, expatriate management, compensation, and performance evaluation.
