The course Complexity
Management takes a new perspective on solving problems in complex
environments. Students learn about the relevance of solving problems and
communicating solutions in today’s business world. Specifically, the course
follows a structured approach to solve problems by identifying problems,
structuring problems, analyzing problems and creating solutions creatively as
well as communicating results and proposals throughout the process.
This course will provide
students with a new and structured approach to solving problems at individual
or organizational levels and enables them to communicate effectively toward all
stakeholders.
