The course «Creating Value for Customers in E-commerce» provides students with the knowledge and skills to design and optimize e-commerce strategies that create and deliver value to customers. Emphasizing customer-centric approaches, it focuses on identifying customer needs, mapping digital customer journeys, and structuring e-commerce models. Students will learn to utilize tools and frameworks such as the Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, and sales funnels to craft comprehensive e-commerce strategies tailored to specific markets. By the end of the course, students will have the ability to design and present actionable plans that address customer expectations and enhance value delivery
