The course Quality Management in Enterprises course provides a fundamental study of the basic principles of quality management and their application in various fields. Students will be introduced to the basic concepts of quality management, in light of international standards, including methods for problem solving, quality design, analysis and optimization of operations in enterprises. The roles and responsibilities of quality auditors in the process of overseeing processes in an organization will be examined. In addition, the ethical, environmental and social challenges facing business management in the 21st century will be highlighted. This course will provide students with a solid foundation for exploring future careers in quality and verification of correctness of operations in enterprises.
